You can delete your Portosera account and its data at any time, directly in the app.
In the app
- Open Portosera.
- Go to Tu, then Privacy e account.
- Tap Elimina l'account and confirm twice.
Cancel the Pass separately. Deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not stop the subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, as the Support page explains, or the store keeps charging it.
What is deleted
Immediately: your profile, with name, date of birth, gender, bio, preferences and settings, the account and its sessions. The app on your phone starts again from the beginning.
Shortly after, usually within minutes and at most within a few hours: messages, stories, memories and diaries, dates, the characters you created, likes and reports, gems, the Pass and progress, notification data, technical logs linked to the account, notes from the content checks, purchase notifications, and the voice notes and images made for you.
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
What is kept
- Sales records, without any link to you, for as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 10 years.
- A fingerprint of the phone identifier, without any link to you, so that a new account on the same phone does not receive the welcome gift again.
- Database backups, one per night, which delete themselves after about 15 days.
- What OpenAI keeps to monitor abuse, for up to 30 days under its terms.
- What Apple and Google keep about your purchases, under their own rules.
If you no longer have the app
Your account is anonymous: it has no email and lives on your phone. On iPhone, reinstalling the app usually finds the account again: delete it from there. On Android a reinstall creates a new account, so write to us instead.
To ask us, write to [email protected] with the subject Delete my account, and tell us the name you chose in the app, the characters you talked to and roughly when you started. If we can recognise the account, we delete it within 30 days and confirm it to you. If we cannot, we cannot act on it, and accounts left unused for more than two years may be deleted.
